A few of you have asked me about bringing your kids and if that would be okay.. that’s perfectly fine. As long as they don’t get in the way of any of the workouts, I’m fine with them coming to watch. We also have a CrossFit Kids program at CFW if any of you are interested in putting your kids in it. It’s a great way to give you a break from them, keep them active, and wear them out so they’ll get to bed easier 🙂 Let me know if any of you are interested.
