Partner wods

imageGreat job today to everyone who came out! The weather was a little crappy but you guys still got your workout in. Today we’ll be doing a partner WOD! These workouts are my absolute favorite, next to team WODs. Working together to get work done is a great way to get your fitness on while having fun and developing friendships. You’ll be amazed with the levels you can push yourself to when you’re doing a workout for other people, not only yourself. I will be incorporating partner and/or team WODs once a week. Something for you guys to look forward to ๐Ÿ™‚

Everyone loves wall balls

Teams of 2

3 rounds

1 min wall balls (one person does wall balls while other holds plank position, switch every drop)

1 min wall ball situps

1 min wall ball throw/catch

1 min rest
