The goal today is to work on transitioning from kipping TTB to kipping Pull Ups/C2B. Advanced athletes should attempt to transition between the TTB/Pull Ups without losing their kip. Those working on form should drop after the TTB/K2E and reset for the pull ups.
Those without kipping should be working on the kip technique and not focus on the strength aspect.
Conditioning – Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 mins of: 10 Handstand Push-ups 15 Double Kettlebell Deadlifts, 53/35 lbs 10 Burpee Over Kettlebells Kb Front Rack Walk, 50 ft
