Strength – 4×6-8 KB Front Rack Single Leg Squats to box (no sitting on box, try not to put non working foot down during the entire set).

Conditioning – 4RFT: 25/20 cal bike, 100′ BB Back Rack Walking Lunge 45/35, 20 Goblet Squats 44/26. Classes over 4 will split, half doing conditioning first while the other does the strength. Large classes may need to sub in 30/25 cal row.

Core – 100 Russian Twists in as little sets as possible with KB used for conditioning.
