Strength – Bulgarian Split Squats 4×6 per leg – Use Barbell in Back Rack or heavy DB/KB in farmer carry. If you do not have heavy enough weight to make it challenging, hold in a front rack to increase stability challenge.

Conditioning: Death By DB/KB Snatch – with a running clock, on 0:00, complete 1 DB/KB snatch per side 50/35 (sub BB if needed at 95/65) and 20 double unders. Increase snatch amount by 1 per side every minute until failure. No Rope? complete a 15s jog after each set.

Core – Single Object Overhead Walks – 4 sets of ~50ft slow, hold a DB/KB in waiter carry overhead or a light plate/object with palms up.
