*Olympic Weightlifting Workshop with Coach Miranda*

We are excited to announce our upcoming Olympic Weightlifting workshop with coach Miranda will be kicking off on Tuesday July 9th at 6:30pm. This workshop is targeted for CrossFitters aiming to improve strength and technique in the Olympic Weightlifting movements (Snatch and Clean and jerk). In addition to improving mechanics this workshop will incorporate barbell cycling to improve barbell endurance in Metcons. This workshop will be 8 weeks in duration and done 2x per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-8pm. The early bird price for this workshop is $115.
