70% of 90% 1RM x 3 reps

80% of 90% 1RM x 3 reps

90% of 90% 1RM x 3+ reps (As many reps as possible, MUST be more than 3)

then

EMOM 24 minutes
1 power clean AHAP and 1 push up
*each minute add 1 push up
*when you can no longer complete in time limit do 1 power clean and 7 push ups
