Wednesday, January 31st and Mobility Reminder

*Reminder!! Mobility with Megs is coming up!!*

Have you seen the Mobility with Megs posts on her Instagram?  Well, she will be holding an in person class to help you get more flexy in 2018.  So, if you’re looking for less pain, more flexibility and range of motion you should consider coming to this class this Saturday February 3rd.  Class will be held on the Strong Side at 11:15am.  $10 at the door.  If you have a yoga mat or a towel you’d like to use feel free to bring that as well.
