Regional Team Fundraising Weekend!!

Remember, there’s NO CLASS this weekend! We have our CrossFit Woodbridge Games event and fundraising events for our CrossFit Games Regional Team. Doin big things people. Come out and show your support for the team! Lots of food (pig roast!), fundraising events, activities to keep the kids busy, and the in-house competition going on.

You’ll need: a chair, money to buy some food, SUNSCREEN, and cash if you wish to help our regional team out and/or pay to make us do hundreds of burpees.. yaaaay..

It’s going to be a lot of fun! Come out on Saturday or Sunday down at the track to join in on the fun! Hope to see you all there 🙂
