Absolutely not! We have students who are in the 99th percentile of fitness and those in the 5th percentile of fitness. You are pushed and encouraged based on your current level of fitness. All we want is for you to give your best effort during each workout.

Complete one full DB complex then start over at the lunges for each consecutive rep

Alt. DB snatch (in multiples of 2) 50/35
Double Unders stay the same each round with DB Snatch increasing by 2 each minute until you cannot complete both the double unders and snatches in the alotted minute
