Drop-In Visitors

Wanting to get a workout in while you’re in town?  No problem!

Schedule your class by following the directions below.

  1. Click on the class time you wish to attend from the calendar below.
  2. Follow the directions to signup and pay for the drop-in.
  3. Print your receipt and show it to the coach in class.
  4. Arrive 5-10m early to be ready to start class on time.
  5. Enjoy your workout!
