Monday – Friday: 6am, 9:30am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

Saturday- 9am and 10am

Sunday – 10am and 11am

CrossFit Kids:

Monday – 8:30am

Tuesday/Thursday – 5pm

Strong Side Powerlifting/Olympic Lifting Seminars:

Saturday: 9am

Strong Side Lifting Club Open Gym Hours: 

Monday/Wednesday/Friday- 6-7am, 9-11am, 3:30-8:30pm

*Mondays NO Open Gym from 5-6pm
