Michelle Bordellon - The workout times! This was the only place I could workout before 5:30. To be honest, I hated it the first 2 months! But I kept coming because I had paid for 3 months and I didn't want to prove my husband right that I would quit in the first 3 months. But after the shoulder problem and everyone being so helpful, it started getting better. I started to not be so quick to leave after the workout. I now feel like I belong there :)

TJ Fabis - I have greatly improved my strength and technique during olympic and power lifting. Not only have I gotten stronger, but my endurance is so much better. Ive only been doing this for 8 months and I have already noticed a huge change. I still have a long way to go but I have seen tremendous value in the CrossFit Woodbridge programming.

Justin "JT" Thrift - It's the people, hands down. Members and coaches have all been great. I don't think there's anyone I've met at CFW that I've thought "Man, that dude/girl sucks". And that's rare because I think most people suck.
