2007. Watched a couple of army buddies do some crazy stuff outside of our company building and wanted to fit in.

WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?

I love being a part of the fitness community. And as I get older, I think one of the best ways to be active in the community is to coach and mentor those who are starting their fitness adventure or discovering CrossFit.

QUALIFICATIONS/ CERTIFICATIONS:

  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer
  • EMT- Basic
