WHY DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS (AND CROSSFIT)?

I got into fitness because of high school/college sports and because it was a good way to help prep myself for the military. I also like competing so crossfit was a good avenue to help satisfy my competitive nature.

WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?

I like to help others and teach people how to improve their health through exercise and nutrition.
