WHAT YEAR DID YOU START WEIGHTLIFTING?

WHY DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS (WEIGHTLIFTING)?  

I got into fitness because throughout high school, I was never able to find a sport that I liked or felt like I belonged to. So, overtime I discovered CrossFit and only did it for about 2 months till I transitioned strictly to Olympic weightlifting.

WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?

I became a trainer because of my extensive experience as an Olympic weightlifting athlete. I felt I could transition my love for the sport into coaching, allowing me to share my passion with others. I enjoy teaching and sharing this experience with others.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CROSSFIT MOVEMENT? 

My favorite movement in Olympic weightlifting always switches every now and then but I would say clean & jerk, especially when it comes to competitions.
