WHAT YEAR DID YOU START CROSSFITTING?

WHY DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS (AND CROSSFIT)?  

Since I was a kid, I played organized sports (baseball, hockey, soccer) so I grew up in an environment where I was always active. This continued through high school, but when I got to college, I quit working out and lived an unhealthy lifestyle and was out of shape. After getting my first job out of college, I realized that I couldn’t sit in a desk all day and not be active, so I started doing CrossFit.

WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?
After I started doing CrossFit, I realized the impact that the methodologies within the sport can have on a person. I had seen myself get fitter and healthier, and I wanted show others how to get the most out of their CrossFit experience.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CROSSFIT MOVEMENT? 

Tough decision, but I’m going with the Power Clean.
