WHAT YEAR DID YOU START CROSSFITTING?
Started in 2016 on and off, 2019 when most of my training was CrossFit.
WHY DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS (AND CROSSFIT)?
Growing up playing sports I was always doing something active and fitness related. My Dad being super into body building is what I grew into. When I saw the CrossFit Games on TV way back I thought it was cool how they could lift good weight load and climb rope, run, etc and that made me want to give it a try.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?
I enjoy helping people move better and live a longer healthier life.
