Absolutely not! We have students who are in the 99th percentile of fitness and those in the 5th percentile of fitness. You are pushed and encouraged based on your current level of fitness. All we want is for you to give your best effort during each workout.

Strength: Accumulate 5′ of hanging hold from rig (12 min cap) Every Drop – 20 hollow rocks
Skill: we’re going to be accumulating hanging holds today with a penalty for every drop, so try and hold on for as long as possible. We don’t expect everyone to finish the full 5 minutes of accumulated hang, however there is a hard 12 min cap.
Workout: For Time: (14 min cap) 800m run 50 Chest-To-Bar Pull Ups | Pull Ups | Ring Rows 800m run
Workout – sandwhiching 50 C2B Pull Ups between two half mile runs. Because of this, we want to push the runs and go for big sets on the pull ups.
