Snatch Balance into Overhead Squat
4 sets of 1 snatch balance (hip drive) into max reps minus 1 overhead squat
This is to target our strength coming out of the pocket on the snatch and our shoulder stability. Whatever footwork results from the snatch balance MUST be kept for the overhead squats, even if normally we might have a different grip or stance on OHS. Max reps minus 1 means that we push it to just shy of failure or form breakdown. The amount of reps completed may vary per set.
