Strength: Front Squat – 5/4/3/2/1 at 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90% 1RM

Front Squats – weight should be something that we have a few extra reps in the tank on each set, so lets limit rest to under 2 minutes.

Conditioning: 3RFT: 25/20 Cal Row 20 Single-Arm Dumbbell Push Press 50/35 15 Toes to Bar 10 Alt DB Snatch 50/35

Workout – rep range and weight should be lighter so that we can move fast and attack this one.
