Classic benchmark Annie today, but for those working on DU we highly encourage doing DU attempts instead of dropping straight to singles. If doing attempts, cap yourself at 20s for each 10 reps (1:40 for 50, 1:20 for 40, 1:00 for 30, 0:40 for 20, 0:20 for 10).
