Clean and Jerk Re-test from 6/10 – 20 min to find a max for the day.

We’re resting our lift today – remember that although we should be regularly practicing our squat clean and split jerk, we are performing whatever lift is our strongest as the cycle aimed to improve both.

Shorter, low impact AMRAPs for today’s workout after heavy clean and jerks. Our goal is to move consistently with little to no rest for the full 4 minutes. Lets keep our KB close to our pull up rig to minimize transition time. We will pick up where we left off each AMRAP so score will be total rounds/reps.
