Rope Climbs EMOM 10 – 1 rope climb ***For anyone without rope climbs, we will work on the foot break and jumping, grabbing the rope, and performing our break, pulling as high as we can, then hopping off the rope***

Rope Climbs – Today the coaches will most likely split the class in 2, having half of the ropes being ran for the EMOM, while the other half will be dedicated to the skill work listed. *note*, if rope climbs are proficient, add 1 rope climb to the EMOM for as long as possible.

For Time: 50-40-30-20-10 Calorie Row Wall Balls 20/14 | 14/10 | 10/6

High volume today, so our focus is to establish a pace on the rower than we can maintain and to push the wall balls with larger-than-normal sets.
