Today’s workout is both a long burner and combining a heavier barbell. We should be shooting for the wall balls to be unbroken or no more than 2 sets, so lets dial the run down if needed. The weight on the barbell should be something that will really challenge us when fatigued, but something that we can get all 5 reps done in about a minute.
