AMRAP Repeats AMRAP 7: Buy In: 200m DB Farmer Carry 35/20 Then AMRAP 10 DB Hang Clean 10 Push Ups on DBs 10 DB Front Squat 10 DB Push Press Rest 2 minutes and repeat for a total of 3 times (25 minutes including rest)
For today’s workout, we will start each AMRAP with a 200m farmer carry with a moderate load. Let’s move with a purpose and try to minimize the breaks here, but we don’t want to push it so much that we have trouble holding onto the DBs for the reps. Rest 2 minutes and repeat twice.
