For this workout, both partners are working at the same time. When one partner is finished, they must wait for the other to finish their portion, then switch and immediately go into the other movement. This will be done 3 times and THEN rest 2 minutes. Rest should allow us to get ready for the next movements. Large classes can stagger who starts on what portion of the workout.
