Bench Press – we have a little bit of wiggle room, but all 4 sets should be challenging and there shouldn’t be a dramatic difference if we build on our sets.
For Time: 14 min cap 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Hang Power Snatch 75/55 | 45/35 | DB snatch Wall Balls 20/14 | 14/10 | 10/6
Conditioning: The wall balls today should help flush our legs out from yesterdays quad-dominant squats and sprints. The snatch should be something that we can go unbroken, or no more than 2 sets on the larger sets.
