Back Squat 2×8 @ 65-70% 2×5 @ 75-80%

Strength: Straightforward squatting today, so used the range of percentages to guage how you’re feeling today. If feeling good, all 4 sets should be at the max number (70 and 80%)

Ascending AMRAP 8 1 Thruster 135/95 1 Chest to Bar Pull Ups 1 Bar Facing Burpees 2/2, 3/3, 4/4, ect

Workout – looking for the weight on the thrusters to put us out of our comfort zone, while being able to string multiple reps together as the rounds progress. C2B and burpees are largely there to give your legs a break when the sets get bigger
