***Test 1RM Deadlift***

3RFT (12 min cap) 12/9 Cal Row 12 Front Squats 135/95 | 115/85 | 95/65 Directly into 3RFT 12/9 Cal Row 12 Deadlifts 135/95 | 115/85 | 95/65

After testing our 1RM deadlift, will have a moderately light barbell today in which after 3 rounds we’ll switch the barbell movement to an easier variation. We’ll need to really move here to get under the time cap, so go big on the front squats!
