Lifting Complex: 6 sets 1 Snatch Deadlift 1 Hang Power Snatch 1 Power Snatch Starting at 65% and building

Complex – we should be going touch and go into the power snatch until possible our last sets, but even then lets try to keep our hands on the bar the whole time.

AMRAP 10 1/2/3/ect Power Snatch 135/95 | 115/85 | 95/65 12 Wall Balls 20/14 | 14/10 | 10/6 Add one snatch per round

Workout – simple couplet where the snatches will increase each round while the wall balls stay the same.
