Clean and Jerk – 20 minutes to build to a heavy for the day
Weightlifting – we should be performing a squat clean here, but athletes can choose to do a split or a push jerk, whichever is more efficient. We are not necessarily looking for a max, but if you can PR in the time frame and are feeling good, go for it!
Strict Diane – 9 minute cap 21-15-9 For Time: Deadlifts 225/155 | 185/135 | 155/105 Strict HSPU | 1-2 mats | Z-Press
Workout – strict diane should still be fast, so lets not put ourselves in a situation where we can’t get the deadlifts done in 1-2 sets, and HSPUs max should be 3-4 sets.
