Back Squat 1RM – 20 minutes

Testing out our back squat today after the last 12 week cycle.

Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes (3 rounds) 0:00-1:30 – Max Calorie Row 1:30-2:00 – Max Rep Thrusters 95/65 | 75/55 | 45/35 or DBs Rest remainder (1 minute)

Shorter workout today with our legs being nice and primed for the thrusters. This will be a 2 minutes of work, 1 minute of rest workout with your score being total calories and thrusters added on all 3 rounds. 2:00 you must stop, and you cannot touch your barbell until 1:30, so it is your choice if you want to row all the way until 1:30 or get off early to get more time on the barbell. Either way, we should NOT be dropping the bar for the entire 30 seconds.
