New Program Cycle Starts Tomorrow!

Good afternoon CFW!

Coach Craig here wanting to provide an update on the next 12 week training cycle that kicks off tomorrow, May 30th. We’ll start with maxing out the three primary strength lifts we worked on last cycle (back squat, deadlift, strict press) and immediately roll into a weightlifting cycle with a subsequent focus on gymnastic strength. Our last member poll had weightlifting coming in a close second to a conventional strength cycle so we wanted to provide that building upon the raw strength we built over the last 12 weeks.

We will be keeping Thursdays as a strength and accessory focused day with a strength superset followed by a short, muscular fatigued focus WOD. We look forward to seeing some PRs, and remember to ring that bell when you hit one!
