Deadlift: 15 min timer 2×5 at 65% rest 60-90s 2×5 at 70% rest 60-90s 1 max set at 70%

Strength – we’re going to be doing 5 sets at 65 or 70%. First 4 sets should be sets of 5 at two percentages. The final set will be a max effort set to form failure, so we should see an increase in reps overall here.

3RFT – 15 min cap 400 Meter Run 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups | Jumping/Banded C2B | assisted pull ups/ring rows 10 Hang Squat Cleans 135/95 | 115/75 | 95/65

Workout – Pace the run and use it as recovery. A little grippy and higher skill between the C2B and Squat Cleans, so lets try and do 2-4 sets on the pull ups and 2-3 on the cleans.
