Strength: Deadlift – 3×8 at 70-75% of 1RM

Conditioning: Open 13.1 AMRAP 17 40 Burpees 30 Snatch 75/55 30 Burpees 30 Snatch 135/95 20 Burpees 30 Snatch 165/115 10 burpees Max Snatch 205/135

Workout – Burpees and snatches, with a descending rep scheme on the burpees and an increasing weight on the snatches. Note, these weights have two LARGE jumps that we don’t see in the open anymore. Scale accordingly, we want to at least make it through the first two sets of 30 snatches.
