Skill: Squat Clean Cycling Technique Work: 10 minutes to work on breathing and positioning work for volume cycling – sets should be done at a minimum of 5 reps of 50% of 1RM clean

Conditioning: AMRAP 8 3 Squat Clean 185/135 | 155/105 | 135/95 100m Run

Workout – looking for a moderate weight that we can practice our touch and go, no singles. Quick run in between to keep the heart rate up.
