Skill: Turkish Get Up Skill Work ~ 15 minutes
Turkish get up – we will work on efficiency and proper mechanics of the movement, and then build to a heavy for the day with the remainder of 15 minutes.
Conditioning: Ascending AMRAP 10 1 Snatch 135/95 1 Bar Muscle Up 1 Turkish Get Up 53/35 2/2/2, 3/3/3, ect
Workout – high skill movements, so quality, not quantity, is the focus. Go slow and methodically, making each rep perfect. MU scales to Pull Up + Dip combo. Turkish get ups go up by one, so ensure you start the next set with the arm that wasn’t working last round on the last rep!
