Conditioning: AMRAP 18 *Re-test, compare to 8/2/22* 9 Deadlits 225/155 | 185/125 | 135/95 60 DU/120 SU 30 Wall Balls 20/14
Retesting a long grinder we did a few months ago. Shoot for 1-2 sets on the DLs and 2-3 sets on the WBs.
