Gymnastics: Handstand Push Up Complex: 3 sets of: Max Strict HSPU into Max Kipping HSPU into Max Handstand Hold Rest 2 minutes Scale: 3 Supersets of: Max Pike Push Ups into Max DB Z-Press (moderate weight) into Max DB Z-Press Holds Rest 2 minutes

Skill: we’re going to be performing a HSPU complex today, to be done with no more than 1 mat. You will perform a max set of strict HSPU or pike push ups, then immediately (without coming off wall) go into a max set of kipping HSPU/Z-Press, immediately into a max hold at the top.

AMRAP Repeats AMRAP 2 (4 times) 6 Alt Devil’s Press 50/35 6 Single DB Box Step Over 50/35 24″/20″ 6 DB Goblet Squats 50/35 Rest 2 minutes between AMRAPS, continue where you left off

Workout – We’re going to be blasting through short AMRAPs today, so the intensity needs to be high. Try not to rest at all during the AMRAP and use the 2 minutes off between rounds to recovery. Continue where you left off, score will be total rounds and reps across all 4 AMRAPs.
