Weightlifting Test Day: 1RM Snatch – 20 minutes
Test day – athletes should pick whether they want to work on improving their power snatch or their squat snatch over this cycle. Whichever is picked, test that out and all future numbers will be based performed as they same lift and based on this number.
Conditioning: 4RFT 200m run 15 Wall Balls 20/14 | 14/10 10 TTB | K2E | Knee Raise
Workout – We have a lower rep, lighter weight triplet today meaning we should be pushing all three of our movements today. Weights and reps should be something we can go unbroken across all 4 rounds while maintaing a moderately fast pace on the run.
