Strength – 1RM Front Squat

Strength – testing our 1RM front squat today. We didn’t test at the start of the cycle, but we expect an overall increase to use for our numbers going forward.

For Time: (12 min cap) 18 Squat Cleans 95/65 | 75/55 18 Box Jump Overs 24″/20″ 12 Squat Cleans 135/95 | 95/65 12 Box Jump Overs 24″/20″ 6 Squat Cleans 185/135 | 135/95 6 Box Jump Overs 24″/20″

Workout – Finishing with a squat clean ladder with 3 rounds of increasing weight. Pace the box jump overs so that you can make up your time on the cleanas.
