Workout is a long grinder, in which our only score is the total amount of meters we rowed. You will likely need a white board to record each meters as the rower may turn off. Starting on 0 and every 5 minutes after we will run through the triplet one time through. Pace your workload and get back on the rower immediately upon completition, even if our pace starts off slow.
