Strength – EMOM 10 – 1 Tempo Strict Press at 5151 Starting at 50% and building

Strength – we want to focus entirely on an even tempo today, meaning that the bar moves just as slowly closer to our delts as it does when it gets overhead. The 3-4″ from our chest are going to be the most challenging part on both the eccentric and concentric pieces.

Workout – Looking for a weight we can easily do unbroken when fresh, however a 5/4 split with a QUICK rest on the DLs is okay. Wall Balls should be done in 2-3 sets with limited rest.
