Conditioning: 2 Rounds for time (teams of 2) Partner A- 200 m sprint Partner B- AMRAP Clean and Jerk 135/95, switch Partner A-200 m sprint Partner B- AMRAP Double Unders/Single Unders Partner A- 200 m sprint Partner B- AMRAP back squats 135/95, switch Partner A- 200 m sprint Partner B- AMRAP burpees, switch

Workout – Partner A will perform their sprint while Partner B performs their AMRAP. Once Partner A is back, they will switch so that they both run and perform their AMRAP before going to the next portion. You will run through twice, so that each partner performs an AMRAP of each movement twice. Score will be total reps on the AMRAPs across the board.
