Strength: Back Squat – 5×5 @ 90%, 95%, 100%, 105%, 110% of 10RM

Conditioning: AMRAP 16 30 Overhead Squats 75/55 30 Ab-mat sit ups 30 Box Jumps 24/20 30/21 Cal row

Longer, lighter workout with a higher than normal rep scheme. Our goal on the squats and box jumps should be to maintain 2 sets to complete throughout the entireity of the workout.
