Into 3 Rounds: 5 Chest-to-bar pull ups/Jumping C2B 10 Hand Release Push Ups 15 Back Squats 95/65

Into 5 Rounds: 5 Pull Ups/Jumping or assisted Pull Up 10 Push Ups 15 Air Squats

4th and final Murph prep workout with more difficult stimulus and reducing it down to a classic murph split in the end. Weight vests are encouraged
