Weightlifting: Push Press 5×5
Weightlifting – 5 sets of moderately heavy push presses today. Lets start with a weight that is slightly higher than a standard weight we would do in a workout and build across the sets.
Conditioning:AMRAP 12 2 Wall Walks 10 Single DB Box Step Overs 50/35 24″/20″ 16 Single Arm DB Hang Clean and Jerks 50/35
Workout – DB can be held however on the box step overs. Clean and jerks should be completed 8 reps on one hand before switching.
