Conditioning: For time: On the 0:00 1 Mile Run On the 10:00 3 Rounds of: 15 Hang Power Cleans 115/85 12 Bar Facing Burpees 9 Thrusters 115/85 On the 20:00 1 Mile Run
For those that do not have a 9 minute or less mile, reduce distance by 200-400m increments to be able to complete this in 8-9 minutes.
The bulk of the work will be in the middle of today’s workout, but we want to push that portion and also try to match our 1 mile time on the back end. Weight should be something that can be completed in 2 sets for each movement.
