800 m partner medball run 20/14 50 DB thrusters 50/35 50 DB hang power cleans 400 m partner medball run 30 DB thrusters 30 DB hang power cleans 200 m partner medball run 10 DB thrusters 10 DB hang power cleans
Workout – the run will be done together, but only one partner has the med ball at a time. Looking for a weight that we can reasonably perform sets of 10 on the cleans and thrusters throughout the workout.
Core: 3 sets of 5-10 strict leg raise/TTB & 15 weighted sit ups
